The UK’s leading designer, manufacturer and installer of high-density storage solutions has added new team members to support business growth. Following a surge in enquiries, Rackline has recently recruited Daniel Ball and welcomed back fellow employee Grace Petrovicto support the company on its plans for success.
Loughborough University Graduate, Daniel Ball joined the company as Lead Product Designer in 2022.In his role,he is responsible for designing new and bespoke storage solutions to offer customers awide range of products outside of Rackline’s standard manufacturing database.
Discussing his new position, Daniel commented: “I am thrilled to have obtained the role of Lead Product Designer at Rackline. After graduating from University in June, the role has allowed me to gain a lot of experience and utilise my degree. I love that I get to see the storage products through the entirety of their production journey,fromCAD design, all the way to installation.
“I have a lot ofresponsibility which I enjoy. As a new team member, I have the opportunity to improve the processes already in place at Rackline. We are also currentlyin the process ofdeveloping a new range of concepts, which isreally exciting!”
Originally joining Rackline 10 years ago, Grace has recently returned to the business in a new role as Sales Executive. Having previously worked as anInstallation Manager, Grace offers the company a wealth of knowledge.
Grace’s new responsibilities see her speaking to potential and existing customers, generating quotes and tenders and placing orders.The customer-facing role requires her to spend time on and off-site, and work in a fast-paced environment.
When speaking about her skills, Grace commented: “Rackline have supported me throughout my career. Having initially joined as an apprentice, I have gained an enormous amount ofexperience invarious areas of the company, whichnowbenefits my new role as a sale executive.
“Having worked in multiple departments, I knowall the ins and outs of theprocesses atRackline. This makes my knowledge and skills very useful in the development of the company.”
