Outside every meeting room, the MeetWise BEAM panel displays the room schedule in real time, and wrap-around LED illumination signals availability from the far end of the corridor. On the desk, a beacon called the O.R.B. (Occupancy & Reservation Beacon) shows whether a desk is available, taken or waiting to be cleaned. At reception, a self-service kiosk expects the visitor, tells the host the moment they arrive and prints the badge. One portal runs all of it.
Reception is the part most systems leave out. Booking a room is well served in this market. Knowing who is in the building and who authorised them is usually a separate product, a separate contract, or a paper book on a desk.

MeetWise works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Exchange, and can run its own booking engine for sites with no corporate calendar. Bookings carry on at the panel if the network drops and reconcile when the line comes back.
The portal behind it reports on how the estate is used. Utilisation by room, by floor and by building, meetings that end early, rooms booked and never occupied, and the desks nobody claims. For a business being asked to justify the space it pays for, that is the evidence, and nobody needs to walk the building to collect it.
The same platform reaches into the meeting itself. Synapse is the AI layer, recording a meeting and returning a transcript, a summary and a mind map. It runs on the same platform and the same contract as the rooms, desks and reception, available as an add-on and charged by the minute.
